Lead Rescue

SMS Terms / Messaging Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

This policy describes permitted messaging when communication services are configured. It does not mean that production SMS is live, that every message is permitted, or that Twilio/carriers have approved Lead Rescue.

Message types and sender

Participating businesses may use Lead Rescue for customer-care and service-related messages about inquiries, requested work, and scheduling or appointment information they manage. Appointment-related messaging does not imply that a calendar integration is currently available.

Missed-call follow-up may be sent only where lawful consent and applicable provider/platform rules permit. A missed call alone is not blanket consent for automated or marketing messages. Messages come from the applicable business, not an unidentified third-party advertiser.

Explicit opt-in and separate marketing consent

By providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to receive messages, you agree to receive service-related and customer-care text messages from the applicable business using Lead Rescue. Submitting a general form alone does not opt you in.

Marketing or promotional messages require any separate consent applicable to those messages; service-related consent is not used as blanket marketing permission. Consent is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services where applicable.

Businesses are responsible for collecting, documenting, and maintaining lawful consent and for confirming eligibility before each send.

Frequency, charges, and delivery

Message frequency may vary with your inquiries and the applicable business’s service needs. Message and data rates may apply; contact your carrier about your plan.

Delivery depends on provider/carrier availability and technical and registration requirements. Timely delivery and availability are not guaranteed. Do not use messaging as an emergency service.

STOP opt-out and re-opt-in

Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the participating sender. A communications provider may send a permitted confirmation of your opt-out; the application should not duplicate provider-handled confirmations.

Businesses must honor opt-out state for manual and automated messaging. A later START request can be treated as a re-opt-in only when valid under the provider configuration and applicable rules; merely clearing a database flag is not sufficient.

HELP and support

Reply HELP to request help where the participating sender and provider have configured that capability. You may also contact the business that sent the message. For platform support, contact support@inboundhelm.com; for legal/privacy inquiries, contact support@inboundhelm.com. These contacts are also on our Contact page.

Provider-level HELP responses must not be represented as an active application feature before configuration and testing are complete.

Providers, privacy, and production prerequisites

Lead Rescue may use Twilio or similar communications providers to deliver messages. Phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and opt-out events may be processed to provide those services. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

Mobile information obtained for SMS consent is not sold or shared for third-party marketing purposes. Providers may receive information needed to deliver messages, operate the service, and satisfy legal requirements.

Production activation requires appropriate credentials, assigned sender capabilities, working authenticated webhooks, consent/opt-out safeguards, and applicable messaging registration such as A2P 10DLC or another required registration. This website does not establish approval or readiness to send.
