Lead Rescue

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 3, 2026

These terms describe use of Lead Rescue, operated by A TO Z VENTURES LLC. They are not legal advice.

Service description and availability

Lead Rescue provides customer communication and lead-management software for local service businesses. The platform is designed to help businesses organize leads, respond to missed inquiries, manage conversations, and streamline customer follow-up.

Contacts, leads, pipeline management, and local scheduling capabilities are implemented. AI receptionist and communications capabilities operate in test/simulation or prepared integration states where applicable. Stripe billing infrastructure exists in TEST mode only. Production availability may depend on configuration, plan, provider authorization, and launch status. Production SMS, Vapi voice, and live billing are disabled; Google Calendar live production operation has not been verified.

The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or other reasons. No uptime, lead conversion, recovery, or revenue result is guaranteed.

Accounts and business responsibility

You must have authority to create or join a business workspace, provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and control who receives invitation codes. You are responsible for activity by your authorized users and for maintaining appropriate staff access.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of customer data they provide and for handling requests concerning data they control.

Acceptable use and prohibited misuse

Do not use the service for spam, unlawful or deceptive communications, harassment, fraud, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized access, security circumvention, or collection of information you are not entitled to process.

Do not bypass opt-outs, sender registration, messaging safeguards, tenant boundaries, or rate limits. Do not upload malware or interfere with service operation.

Communications consent

Businesses using the platform must obtain and document the consent required for their communications, honor STOP and other valid opt-out requests, use appropriate sender identification, and follow carrier/provider requirements and applicable laws.

Customer-care or service consent is not blanket marketing consent. Submitting a form or making a phone call does not automatically authorize every follow-up message. Messaging must not be enabled until the applicable configuration, consent, and registration requirements are satisfied.

The platform is not a legal adviser and does not guarantee that a proposed message or registration is compliant or will be approved.

Third-party providers

Hosting and authentication rely on third-party providers. Twilio or similar providers may be used if communication tools are enabled. Their applicable terms, availability, fees, and technical or compliance requirements may affect the service.

No statement on this website represents Twilio approval or A2P registration approval.

TEST billing and future paid plans

Stripe TEST-mode checkout and billing infrastructure exists, but live billing is not currently enabled. Displayed pricing is informational/pre-launch until live billing is activated. Applicable billing, renewal, cancellation, refund, trial, setup-fee, and usage-charge terms must be disclosed before real charges begin. Any terms not yet defined remain subject to future commercial and legal approval; this page does not establish a refund policy, trial duration, setup fee, cancellation penalty, or usage fee.

Nothing on this page authorizes a charge or represents an existing subscription offer.

Intellectual property and customer data

The operator and its licensors retain their rights in the software, product branding, and website materials. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.

You retain your rights in data you lawfully provide and authorize its processing as needed to operate the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for that data.

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or guaranteed business outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any paid-plan liability cap or other commercial limitation must be separately reviewed and stated when applicable.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risks, breach of applicable terms, or legal/provider requirements. Contact the operator about closing an account or obtaining available data; no automatic deletion or export process is promised.

Termination does not remove obligations or legally required retention that should continue after access ends.

Governing law, changes, and contact

Governing jurisdiction: Texas, United States, subject to any mandatory applicable protections.

The operator may update these terms and should publish the effective date and provide any notice required for material changes.
